Review: Melt Cosmetics Millennial Pinx Palette
Hi everyone! I’m here to do a quite lengthy review on the new Melt Cosmetics Millennial Pinx eyeshadow palette that released February 2020 – a Valentine’s Day themed palette. I’m a fan of their melt stacks, and hadn’t yet tried their palettes. When I saw the color story of Millennial Pinx, I knew it would be the first palette I’d purchase from them. Here are my thoughts on this palette along with some comparison swatches to other Valentine’s Day releases.
Review: Natasha Denona Love Palette
I recently shared my review and swatch comparisons of the Natasha Denona Love Glow Cheek palette (which you can read HERE). I am now ready to provide my thoughts on her Love Palette, which was another part of her Spring/Valentines Day release.
Review: Natasha Denona Love Glow Cheek Palette
Hello! Recently, Natasha Denona released her Love Glow Cheek palette ($55 US), her Valentine’s Day themed cheek palette for Spring. I was a huge fan of the Bloom cheek palette, reviewed HERE, so I just had to grab this one as well. I’ve had it for over a week now and I’m finally ready to give my thoughts on it. I will also provide comparison swatches to her bigger Diamond & Blush palettes.
Review: NARS Cool Crush Palette & Hot Fix Cheek Palette
Hi all! I’m here to do a quick review on the brand new, Nordstrom exclusive NARS Cool Crush eyeshadow palette and Hot Fix cheek palette. I saw these pop up on the website and had been saving Nordstrom notes. I decided I’d pick this duo up and have used them a few times now and I’m ready to provide my thoughts.
Review: Colourpop Nude Mood and Blush Crush Palettes.
Recently, Colourpop launched two neutral palette collections which I absolutely fell in love with. Colourpop was kind enough to send me the entire Nude Mood collection and I picked up the Blush Crush palette when it hit Ulta since I had some points to use and they always accept coupons!
Speed Review: Morphe 35I Icy Fantasy Palette
Hi and welcome to my first blog post of 2020! This year I’ve decided that I wanted to include speed reviews on the blog. You know, just give you my quick thoughts on the palettes and not go too much into depth.
I recently took surveys on Instagram on whether or not people look to blogs anymore for reviews, etc and the results were split down the middle: half of my friends over on Instagram do not look to blogs anymore, which is a bit sad.
Favorite Eyeshadow Palettes of 2019.
Just thought I’d come on here and talk about some of my most loved and used palettes of the year. I have already posted the palettes I regretted purchasing this year, so you can check that out HERE. I’ll only be talking about palettes that were either purchased by me or gifted to me by family members during the 2019 year. This list excludes any PR I received except for one, which I saved for the end. I honestly had so many to choose from! It is insane, but palettes are my true love and weakness, so I always excuse myself. Let’s get started!
Eyeshadow Palettes I Regret Purchasing 2019.
One of my most favorite makeup items to buy is eyeshadow palettes. Nothing makes me weak in the knees like a set of powders all placed together in tiny little square or round pans with nice packaging – so naturally its something I buy a lot of throughout the year. That being said, I did purchase a few palettes that I look at and just know I shouldn’t have picked up for one reason or another, so I’m here to share that with you today. Are you ready? Here we go!
Review: Charlotte Tilbury Starry Eyes To Hypnotise Palette.
Hello! I’m here to review the brand new (to me, at least) Charlotte Tilbury Holiday palette: Starry Eyes to Hypnotise. I knew I wanted this palette but I wasn’t able to get it right at release. Once the timing was right this beauty came home with me and I’m ready to share my thoughts on this palette with you!
